Dixie Jerky Marinade
| 1 | 10oz | Soy Sauce | | 1 | 10oz | Teriyaki Sauce | 1/4
| Cup | Worstershire Sauce | | 2 | Tbsp
| Liquid Smoke | | 1 | tsp | Ground Black Pepper | | 1/2 | tsp | Cayenne Pepper (or to taste) | | 2 | Tbsp | Dark Brown Sugar | | 1 | Tbsp | Honey (or Agave Nectar) | | 1 | Tbsp | Old Bay Seasoning | | 1 | 12oz | Beer (your choice) | | | | Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Allow to rest for one hour before marinating meat. N.B. Agave nectar (sap from the Agave plant, similar to honey) is an excellent substitute for honey in marinades as is dissolves quickly in cold liquids. Honey will not mix well unless the liquid is heated first. Pairs well with: Beef, Venison, Poultry.
